Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning
Stanley Consultants is committed to providing quality services globally by combining proven principles with the latest design technology. We understand that your building and its systems must be fully functional, and your operations and maintenance personnel fully trained before occupancy. We can help you meet these expectations by providing commissioning and retro-commissioning services.
Commissioning and retro-commissioning is the process of achieving, verifying, and documenting the performance of a facility and its systems. This process begins early in the pre-design phase and continues through the life of the building.
The U.S. Green Building Council recognizes that commissioned buildings provide optimized energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and occupant comfort. Commissioning saves energy and money. That is why it is a prerequisite (Fundamental Commissioning) and a credit (Enhanced Commissioning) for their LEED™ rating system.
Implementing Stanley Consultants’ commissioning process maintains the focus on high performance building principles from project inception through operation. Throughout the process we will review and confirm that your project requirements are well defined, documented, and implemented.
Beyond the pre-design phase, our commissioning services continue through construction, start-up, acceptance, occupancy, and during the warranty period. As a result, you can expect continued savings throughout the life cycle of your facility and increased efficiency means less call-backs and disruptions in operations.
