Kyle Ellington has joined Stanley Consultants as a Business Development Manager in the firm’s Plant & Building Services Market. His focus will be industrial and higher education clients throughout the western United States. Stanley Consultants provides engineering, environmental and construction services worldwide.
Industrial and commercial processes are Ellington’s forte. For nearly 13 years he has worked with industrial, commercial and energy clients providing engineering, design, construction and technology services on multimillion dollar projects ranging from the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, World Trade Center Towers, Alaska LNG Treatment Plant, $1.3B Petro-Canada Bitumen Refinery to the newly completed $2B Iowa Fertilizer Plant.
“Kyle’s unique background gives him an in-depth understanding of our clients’ plant and facility environment,” said Tom Hickey, Stanley Consultants’ Plant & Building Services Market Leader. “Prior to moving into project engineering and design management and then business development, he got his start as a professional welder. The insight gained from that experience gives Kyle a special awareness of client needs from project conception to project completion. That, combined with his professional and personal drive, make him a tremendous asset to the company.”
Ellington is a member of multiple organizations including the Denver, Dallas, and Houston Petroleum clubs, the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, and the Rocky Mountain Pipeliners Club. He has recently become a member of the Rocky Mountain APPA, and the International District Energy Association (IDEA.) He is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council, a certified safety professional, and a licensed industrial and commercial general contractor.
