Johns Joins Stanley Consultants as Office Manager

BONITA SPRINGS, Florida - Tom Johns, P.E., has joined Stanley Consultants as office manager. In this position, Johns is responsible for business development, client relations, office management, and growth.

Johns has over 36 years of extensive managerial and technical experience working for owners, consultants, and contractors in the engineering and construction fields. He formerly worked for the South Florida Water Management District as director of construction. Projects included the Everglades Construction Project, large pump stations and an emergency operations center. His 20 years of environmental consulting experience include over $4 billion of water management, water, and wastewater projects throughout the northeast and Florida.

Johns has a civil engineering degree from Villanova University. He is a professional engineer, a professional land surveyor, and holds a Class A license in water and wastewater operations. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, and an American Arbitration Association arbiter.
