Rankings Reveal Stanley Consultants’ Growth

MUSCATINE, Iowa - Stanley Consultants’ ranking advanced across the board in Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine’s Top 500 Design Firms issue. ENR is the leading trade publication that delivers business and technical news in the construction industry. It annually ranks engineering, architectural and environmental firms according to revenue earned for design services performed the previous year. The ranking gives a relative indication of the size of the firms.

According to ENR, Stanley Consultants is ranked:

  • 57th in Top 500 Design Firms (ranked 64th in 2007)
  • 20th in Top 20 Power (ranked 21st in 2007)
  • 33rd in Top 100 Pure Designers (34th in 2007)
  • 31st in Top 50 Designers - International (39th in 2007)
As a result of consistent growth Stanley Consultants has risen steadily in ENR’s annual ranking. In 2007 the company set records in all areas of performance measurement. The firm also experienced a leadership transition with Gayle Roberts elected president of the company. Gregs Thomopulos, former president and CEO was named chairman and CEO. Dick Stanley, former Chairman, became chairman emeritus and continues to be a director of the company.
