Sonnenberg Joins Stanley Consultants

Minneapolis, MN - Dave Sonnenberg, P.E. has joined Stanley Consultants as Office Manager. He will manage all line organization functions and develop strategies and tactics to maintain existing clients and win new clients.

Sonnenberg has served as a municipal engineer in 6 communities over the past 36 years. His role has grown from project engineer to city engineer to director of public works for three cities in the upper Midwest, including Minneapolis.

Sonnenberg has a master’s degree in civil engineering from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Public Works Association, Minnesota Public Works Association, and Minnesota Transportation Alliance. Sonnenberg also works closely with the Minnesota League of Cities, Association of Metropolitan Municipalities, and Minnesota Division of State Aid for Local Transportation on policy and legislative issues facing Minnesota cities.

Stanley Consultants, whose Minneapolis office is at 5775 Wayzata Blvd and employs nearly 50 people at this location, has provided consulting engineering services in the area since 1991.
