Zicafoose Joins Phoenix Office as Project Principal

Robert D. Zicafoose has joined Stanley Consultants, Inc., as project principal in the land development sector. Zicafoose has more than 39 years of professional and technical experience in program and project management, planning, design, and construction of public works projects. He brings with him extensive experience and first-hand knowledge on the local, regional, and national level of infrastructure development.

Zicafoose is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and Nevada and a licensed private pilot. He is a member of the Association of California Airports, the American Council of Engineering Companies, the American Association of Airport Executives, the Society of American Military Engineers, Valley Partnership, the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
