Richards Joins Phoenix Office of Stanley Consultants

PHOENIX, Arizona - Neil Richards, P.E., has joined the Phoenix office of Stanley Consultants, Inc., a worldwide provider of engineering, environmental and constructions services. Richards is located in the company’s Construction Management Division where he is Manager of the Transportation Department. His responsibilities include overseeing the growth of construction administration, inspection, and resident engineering services for transportation projects throughout Arizona.

Richards has 11 years of experience in transportation engineering. His experience includes the management of complex highway construction projects, performing constructability reviews of plans and specifications, and conducting negotiations with contractors. Richards also brings with him extensive experience in working with government agencies, utilities and the general public.

Richards earned his Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology from Northern Arizona University in 1991. He is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and New Mexico.
