Rhea Joins Phoenix Office as HR Manager

Alan L. Rhea has returned to the Phoenix office of Stanley Consultants, Inc., as Manager of Human Resources. Stanley Consultants is a worldwide provider of engineering, environmental and construction services. Rhea will support the Western Region, along with other corporate human resource assignments, including training and development. He has over 25 years of experience as a human resources professional including experience with Fortune 500 companies, smaller companies, and with a large county government. Areas of expertise include labor/employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, administration of compensation and benefit programs, and a certified trainer in performance management, conflict resolution and other areas within the human resource function.

Rhea earned his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from Truman State University in 1972. He is a member and past president of the Metro Phoenix Human Resource Association and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
