Frohnen Named Manager of Stanley Consultants’ Office
LAS VEGAS, Nevada - Stanley Consultants is pleased to announce that David J. Frohnen, P.E., has been appointed manager of Stanley Consultants’ Las Vegas office. In this capacity he is responsible for planning, and directing the activities of nearly 60 engineers, surveyors, technicians, and support personnel.
Stanley Consultants provides engineering, environmental and construction services worldwide. Local projects include Solera at Anthem, Rhodes Ranch, the Las Vegas Tech Center and the RTC MAX System.
Frohnen joined the company in November 2002 and most recently served as manager of the Engineering Group. He has over 20 years of experience in engineering and management in the land development, utility and environmental engineering fields.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Idaho, and a master of business administration degree from the University of Portland. He is a registered professional engineer in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington and Nevada, and holds water and wastewater operator licensees in California and Arizona.
Frohnen is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties - Nevada Section.
