College Additions Designed to meet LEED® Silver

Not only are each of Eastern Iowa Community College's three campuses getting building additions for their science programs, each addition will be LEED® Silver certified.

Stanley Consultants provided civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and construction administration services for three new science and technology additions at Clinton, Scott, and Muscatine Community Colleges.  Located at three different sites, the science instructional additions at each location were designed to include laboratory, lecture, office, laboratory preparation space, storage space and restroom facilities.  The additions incorporate modern technologies, instructional methodologies and design layout.  The project is designed to meet the requirements of LEED® Silver certification.
