The award-winning design solution allows floodwaters flow through the building using an innovative vent system and allowing for easy cleanup after the water recedes. Focusing on reuse and cleaning in public access areas, fire-damaged materials were removed and additional cost-effective facility improvements were completed, to the delight of the community.
