Commissioning Provided for University’s LEED Gold Facility
Stanley Consultants provided professional commissioning services for the construction and renovation of two facilities on the campus of Northern Arizona University. The services support the University’s requirements for LEED building certifications.
Providing a Renewable Water Source to Residents
Stanley Consultants teamed with PCL Civil Constructor on this Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) project to design and construct an 8-mile long, 78-inch steel pipe and distribution line that delivers potable water to the Northern Arizona area.
Providing Flood Protection for Maricopa County Residents
Homes in the Meridian Pointe Subdivision in unincorporated Maricopa County, Arizona, were at risk of flooding in the event of a 100-year storm event. The solution for this was to build an 80-acre detention basin but the basin provided an issue itself because the site contained multiple earth fissures which could undermine the basins ability to retain water.
Pump It Up! CAP Superstition Mountains Recharge Project
The Central Arizona Project (CAP) needed additional groundwater recharge capacity to protect and serve the future water needs of Pima and Maricopa County residents.

When a delineation of the Sonoqui Wash revealed that its 100-year flood plan covered 800 acres and affected 160 homes the Flood Control District of Maricopa County engaged Stanley Consultants to channelize the wash.
