Financial Reward Programs

Member Advisory Committee

The Member Advisory committee (MAC) is a group of individuals dedicated to providing Stanley members with various opportunities to participate in charitable, outreach, and involvement activities. The committee is made up of both volunteers representing each domestic office, as well as elected members to serve in the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary.

The committee meets quarterly to discuss the ongoing initiatives of the four MAC sub-committees, including Wellness, Volunteer Charitable Giving, Technology, and Engagement. Each sub-committee has a specific focus and organizes a wide range of events and initiatives, such as; canned food drives for local charities, office activities (holiday events, potlucks, etc.) to promote member engagement, promoting corporate social responsibility, and wellness initiatives. MAC also oversees the Member Caring Fund administration, which provides financial support to Stanley members during times of need.
