Cowin Joins Stanley Consultants as Business Development Manager

Cowin, Doug..jpgDoug Cowin has joined Stanley Consultants as a Business Development Manager in the firm’s Energy and Environment market. His focus will be energy and environmental solutions for industrial, federal, state and municipal clients throughout the Midwest, along with supporting services in power generation / transmission, transportation, and water / wastewater. Stanley Consultants provides engineering, environmental and construction services worldwide.

Environmental consulting is Cowin’s forte. For 25 years, he has worked in the Chicago/Midwest region, performing investigations, evaluations and cleanup of hazardous waste sites, with a primary focus on contaminated river systems. Well known in the field, for many years he has served as a technical expert on contaminated sediment sites throughout the U.S., including a Superfund Site in Waukegan, Illinois and two sites along the Indiana Harbor Canal in East Chicago.
