Stanley Consultants Promotes Freeman to Transportation Business Development Leader

FreemanMark.jpgStanley Consultants has promoted Mark Freeman to Business Development Leader in the Transportation Market. In this position, he will oversee and direct the business development efforts of the firm’s transportation sales staff working in offices around the country. Stanley Consultants is a consulting engineering firm that provides engineering, environmental, and construction services worldwide.

Freeman joined Stanley Consultants in 2001 and was elected vice president in 2009. He served most recently as Transportation Design Group Manager and manager of the firm’s Salt Lake City and Boise Idaho offices. With over 20 years of professional experience he has provided design and project management on a wide variety of transportation and water projects including the signature $1.5 billion I-15 Corridor Reconstruction; the high-profile I-15 NOW New Ogden Weber Expansion; and the I-15: 123rd South Design-Build.
