Combining our significant project history with state-of-the-art design processes, such as LEED and BIM, allows us to meet your facility utility needs. Our project history includes over 30 major new and retrofit central plants. We have completed over 75 chiller projects involving 2,000-ton or greater chillers and totaling over 460,000 tons of chilled water. Our extensive portfolio includes hundreds of miles of chilled water, steam, high temperature hot water and electrical distribution systems. We have recently completed projects with gas, oil, biomass and coal-fired boilers up to 250,000 pounds per hour, including over 13 gas turbine and heat recovery steam generators (HRSG).
