AREGC Conference Session – §316(b) Compliance
The EPA is developing a new phase of regulations under §316(b) of the Clean Water Act to minimize adverse environmental impacts of cooling water intake structures targeting smaller industrial and power generating facilities. Andy Ungerman and Tyler Marshall of Stanley Consultants will present on the rules and the current status of this regulation during the AREGC Conference, Monday, June 24th, 2013.
