Lansing Board of Water & Light (LBWL) has embarked on an electric modernization program intended to deliver clean, affordable and reliable energy to its customers. Stanley Consultants is designing the South Reinforcement Project, which includes new transmission assets, improving reliability and redundancy while connecting clean power generation sources. This is part of a larger group of projects helping LWBL achieve its goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2040.
