Stanley Consultants, as part of a joint venture, is performing architectural and engineering services for the U.S. Air Force for a 5-year, $3.8 billion program to reconstruct Tyndall Air Force Base following devastating damage from Hurricane Michael. The program includes design and construction integration for 120 new facilities and existing facility repairs in 12 major zones. Stanley Consultants is performing program controls functions including governance support, integrated master scheduling, configuration control, risk management, planning and programming, project management, construction management and security and technology integration. The program contains multiple facility types, including administrative, headquarters, squadron operations, hangars, aircraft maintenance, vehicle maintenance, logistics, research, dormitory, lodging, retail and other support facilities and infrastructure.
