Quality Assurance and Inspection for Texas Transmission Lines
Stanley Consultants was selected by Cross Texas Transmission, LLC, to provide inspection services for three 345 kV double circuit transmission lines and as owner’s engineer for two substations.
Harris Substation – Providing Reliable Power to 2030
Stanley Consultants provided construction administration, feasibility studies, concept and detailed design for the University of Texas/Austin Harris Substation upgrade. This substation is the hub for the university’s gas-fired 120 MW Weaver Power Plant.

Retro-Commissioning for a More Sustainable, Economical and Environmental U.S. Navy
The U.S. Navy is committed to a more sustainable, economical and environmentally friendly future. In a continued effort to support their initiatives, the NAVFAC Atlantic Division contracted with Stanley Consultants to perform a retro-commissioning study in 58 of its buildings, covering approximately five million square feet.
Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions
In support of the Federal Executive Order 13514, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Hospital in Dallas, TX awarded Stanley Consultants, in design-build partnership with contractor McCarthy Building Companies, the design and construction of a new combined heat and power (CHP) energy center.
