Broomfield, CO –September 2, 2025 – Stanley Consultants and LRS Federal LLC have formed a new mentor-protégé joint venture, approved through the U.S. Small Business Administration program. The joint venture qualifies as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and can provide full-service engineering and technical support to federal clients across the country.
For nearly a decade, Stanley Consultants and LRS have collaborated on projects for federal entities such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command. This strong track record led to the formation of the LRS-Stanley JV, which brings together LRS’s client relationships and technical strengths with Stanley’s project management experience and operational resources with more than 1,200 engineering professionals across 22 offices nationwide.
