An Open Letter of Thanks to Stanley Consultants Members

I know that many of us feel pulled in different directions, as we try to juggle home and work, deal with healthcare concerns for ourselves and our loved ones and grow ever more restless as we stay inside. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize and thank you so very much for all that our Stanley Consultants members do.

We are all dealing with this unique situation in different ways. For some, the many resources available through our member assistance and wellness programs will be a useful source of guidance and support. For others, flexibility in company policy and practice is essential to help try and balance competing needs and priorities. However you feel best able to contribute, we are listening and are working hard to respond quickly as needs, situations and ideas surface. I am proud that members are embracing digital technology and continue to serve the needs of our clients, either by working virtually or observing health protocol.

Our company is driven by our strong purpose, values and people. We will get through this together, Stanley strong.

Stay safe, well and connected.

Kate Harris, President, Chair and CEO
