Baylor Energy Center Plant Expansion

Stanley Consultants provided detailed design to install a new steam boiler and associated piping for the expansion of capacity to the Baylor Energy Center (BEC).  Instrumentation design included the addition of natural gas/fuel oil for Boiler 3 and its integration into the existing Allen Bradley Plant.  The control system was expanded to incorporate balance-of-plant controls including condensate system, deaerator normal, and emergency drum level control.  Stanley Consultants provided P&IDs, instrument specifications, I/O listing, control system description, cable schedule, boiler specification, and control system specifications.
