Energy Complex Expansion

Due to planned campus expansion, Stanley Consultants provided detailed design to install a new 800 hp steam generator and engineer the balance-of-plant for a capacity upgrade of the Baylor Energy Complex.  The new boiler burner and combustion controls were integrated into the existing Allen Bradley Plant Master.  Steam, feedwater, condensate, and natural gas control and instrumentation systems were integrated into the current Siemens Apogee BMS.  Deliverables included P&IDs, instrument specifications, I/O listing, control system description, cable schedule, boiler specification, and control system specifications.
