Stanley Consultants Elects New Officers

MUSCATINE, IOWA – At its annual Board of Directors meeting, Stanley Consultants elected Mike Helms, P.E., and Tony Mardam, P.E., as vice presidents. 

As Regional Manager of the Infrastructure Business Unit, Helms is responsible for developing and executing the business plan and growth strategies for offices in Muscatine, Des Moines, Minneapolis, Chicago, Baton Rouge, and North Dakota.  Helms’ broad professional background includes serving local municipalities with water, sanitary and drainage systems, flood planning, downtown development and streetscaping; as well as managing large projects for the U.S. Army  Corp of Engineers domestically and internationally.  He joined the company in 2006 and has 25 years of experience.

Mardam joined Stanley Consultants in 2011 as the Water/Wastewater Practice Leader.  In this new position Mardam is strengthening the company’s market position by working with a diverse group of water/wastewater discipline members, project principals and office managers throughout the company.  Mardam is well connected in the water / wastewater industry in the United States and internationally.  He brings specialized water process expertise in alternate disinfection and advanced oxidation.   He is also experienced in alternate delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure. He has over 30 years of professional experience.
