Enriquez Joins Stanley Consultants as Operations Manager

NoelEnriquez 09316.jpgNoel M. Enriquez has joined Stanley Consultants as Operations Manager, Asia-Pacific.  Based in the company’s Guam Office in Tamuning, Enriquez provides guidance and oversight to project managers on project budget and performance of engagements in the Asia-Pacific Region.

“I’m very excited to join the Stanley Consultants team working out of our new Guam office and the potential to do great work,” said Enriquez.  “Stanley Consultants has a great reputation having been in the engineering consulting business for over 100 years.  I look forward to being on a team which looks to make a difference and positively support Guam and the region’s infrastructure growth.”   

Enriquez comes highly qualified to the positon.  He has over 30 years of management, planning, and operational experience in the private sector and U.S. military.  He brings more than 20 years of experience in Guam and the Asia-Pacific region to the support of Stanley Consultants and its customers, including nine years of consulting engineering experience in Guam. His recent experience include positions with Brown and Caldwell as client service manager/deputy program manager, and with AECOM as Director, Micronesia Region.

“Noel brings a tremendous amount of local knowledge, connections, and an ability to deliver exceptional performance and dedication to our clients and teaming partners,” said Rich Stump, Global Services Federal Marketing Manager.  “He has already made an immediate impact in support of several of our ongoing projects, and his leadership will allow us to support our military, Government and commercial clients on Guam and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.”

Enriquez is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, having served 8 years of active duty and 23 years of reserve duty.  One of his many notable military achievements was to establish the first overseas Navy Reserve Center on Guam.  He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, with a bachelor’s degree in General Engineering.

He has long been active in the community and currently serves as President of the SAME Guam Post; Chairman of the Foundation for Public Education, Inc. (non-profit for the Guam Department of Education); and is a Blue & Gold Officer in the U.S. Naval Academy.  He has previously held board and committee member positions with JA Guam, USO Guam, the Guam Chamber of Commerce, and the Guam Contractors Association.
