Johnson Joins Stanley Consultants as Senior Water Resources Project Manager

Delmas W. Johnson, P.E., has joined Stanley Consultants as a Senior Project Manager in the Water Resources group in the Salt Lake City Office.  With a focus on water resources and transportation, the Salt Lake City office provides planning, engineering, structural and civil design, environmental/NEPA services, and construction management services for local, state, federal, and international clients.

Johnson has nearly 25 years of experience in water resources management, groundwater, water rights, engineering, project management, and client satisfaction. He is intimately familiar with the dynamics of Utah's water resources, specifically as it relates to regulations, public policy, engineering, administrative, and technical requirements. He has served as a project manager for studies and evaluations, and through all phases of infrastructure development including planning, design, permitting, construction, and contract administration.

Johnson has a bachelor's degree in design engineering and a master's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Utah and Idaho and a member of the American Water Resources Association (Utah Section) and the American Water Works Association (Intermountain Section).
