Davis Named Consulting-Specifying Engineer “40 Under 40” Winner

Davis, Gayle_08234.jpgGayle Anthony Davis has been selected as a recipient of the 2017 Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine’s 40 Under 40 Award.

Davis, age 32, is a mechanical engineer, and project manager in Stanley Consultants’ Austin Office.  Stanley Consultants provides engineering, environmental and construction services worldwide.    

This national award is given to just 40 building industry engineers under the age of 40 who stand out in their academic, professional, personal, and community achievements.  Candidates were nominated by a professional colleague, and were judged based on their commitment to excellence in a variety of areas.

Davis wholeheartedly embraces the Engineers’ Creed of using his professional knowledge to the advancement and betterment of human welfare, and for him that includes giving back to the community whether it be through Adopt-A-Highway, organizing student activities, or inspiring the next generation to pursue a science-based career.   A licensed professional engineer, certified GeoExchange Designer and Certified Commissioning Authority, he regularly leads multidiscipline teams through design and construction administration for building systems and central heating and chilled water facilities.
